I’m Donna, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who specializes in helping women build strength, lost body fat, and improve body composition through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.Like many women in this stage of life, I’ve experienced firsthand how differently the body can respond as hormones shift, stress accumulates, and recovery changes. The strategies that once worked easily don’t always work the same way anymore.My approach to coaching is thoughtful, individualized, and grounded in education and real-world experience. I focus on building strength, improving body composition, and supporting long-term health, not pushing extremes or generic plans.I work closely with my clients, and in collaboration with trusted healthcare providers when appropriate to create strategies that make sense for this phase of life and are sustainable long-term.Outside of coaching, I’m also a wife and mom of five, which has given me a deep appreciation for balancing fitness, recovery, and self-care with the reality of showing up for everyone else in my life. I competed in my first bikini bodybuilding competition in 2024, at the age of 52, which gave me a completely different perspective on what women's bodies are capable of later in life. I continue to train regularly and hope to step on stage again this year.
